INTERNET MARKETING

I recently sold my house (in Australia) and my agent happened to mention 'If I referred anyone and they bought' he would pay me $500 cash.

I've been thinking of ways to drive potential buyers to him.

I was thinking of a doing some Facebook advertising with a lead capture of some sort.

Anyone done Real Estate affiliate marketing before and have some insight into it, best capture methods, hints, recommendations.

Create a Landing page or Squeeze page and collect the Email address and Phone number, later that contact them by giving some discount it will work, I am doing Real estate business but not in Australia.

Yea facebook ads will work, make a squeeze page and collect email contacts and be sure to target the right keywords

Before you do anything, check with your friend and/or the Australian authorities on what an agent can and cannot do as far as finding leads.

It's one thing for him to pay you for referring your brother-in-law and another thing entirely to run an online lead generation campaign.

Make sure your side hustle doesn't cost your friend his license.

If me, I will build a squeeze page with survey questions to understand what type of houses they interested, their budgets and information that you may need to know to qualify them.

A good landing page will work. You can advertise in Facebook or collect leads through other means like solo ads or PPC. It is also a good idea to scout for similar squeeze pages so you would know how the whole process is done/works.
