Here Is An Awesome Tool To Help You Focus

I was looking around for ways to be more focused and I came across this article.Anyway there is a free application you can download that allows you to work in nice long blocks kind of similar to when you are working out. The purpose is to keep yourself focused and reward yourself at the end. I have just downloaded it and it seems real cool.

Just download the stopwatch and work all the time this clock is going, it is great for focus.

    that can be very helpful. especially when it is new tasks that I haven't done before. I usually put them off until I have to do out of fear of trying. I can use the extra push to just do it.
