ODesk question

Hi Warriors,

since I don#t have enough time to work full time on IM I thought about outsourcing things like backlinking so I can focus on other things. i created an account on odesk and found someone. SO I clicked on his picture and then clicked on hire.

But whenever I click on Hire I get directed to the homepage and see nothing where and how I can actually hire that person.

Anyone here has experience with ODesk? (OK this is a stupid question. I am at the biggest IM Forum and ask if anybody has experience with an outscourcing website

)

Have you created a project? You need to list a project privately if you want (so you can select the people you'd like to do the job). Then you can hire them for the project although I suggest you interview them for the project and if ok hire them.
