You Don't Have To Be "Passionate"

Don't get me wrong I'm very passionate
about my primary venture (and my "contribution"
venture) which is basically...

"To inspire and empower as many People as
humanly possible."

However ... In the meantime (and something
I'm working on right now) is catalogue of health
eBooks that I'm writing the copy for and hoping
to sell the re-sell rights to. ...

So I suppose the point is that you don't have to be
"passionate" about something ̶ Just something
you're interested in that will keep you going.

    Thats right,

One of my most successful sites is in the baby shower niche.

I keep my customers and audience happy. Am I particularly passionate about baby showers? I'd say no.

but that doesnt stop me from servicing my niche to the best of my ability

    Totally agree.
To me, I'm passionate about success so it just drives me forward. Not all niches or projects are fun, but that shouldn't stop anyone from finding success.

Nice. : ) I'm kind of the same. The "drive" to be successful at IM/Entrepreneurial ventures is something to be considered

      P.S.
Seriously though I'm not all that "passionate" about what I'm working on at the moment.

However that doesn't matter because it's something I'm interested in and find enjoyable working on, And that's kind of the point: You don't have to brimming with enthusiasm -- just interested in what you're doing.

I am passionate about building a legacy online.

I see a lot of folks who say that they are passionate about helping others.

That's great but no one can help another until they can help themselves.

What I am doing online has to help others (or else it wouldn't be working).

That's a tip right there (and a Universal Law).

I'll call your bluff, since no one else is.

    (Arguing is always fun anyway)

You ALWAYS have to be Passionate online. But there's really no difference in being passionate about your "niche" versus other things such as making money, CRO, building a company, building a legacy etc.

My primary niche is ED. Do you think I dream and aspire to know everything there is about floppy err.... shrimp? Nope.

But growing this business to be a $25 - 100M/year company is amazingly thrilling to me.

Take away the money you are making and see if you continue what you are doing. Most won't. That's money-passion talking right there

Well, I'm passionate about making money. Period. It's what keeps me going.
It's why I still have my 9 - 5 job, which never ends at 5 by the way. Instead
of trying to replace my income, I figure why not double it? That's the quickest
way to 6 figures if you ask me.

Having a 401k is free money from my company, not to mention an abundance
of disgruntled and over worked employees who are a willing audience I can
    market to.

Do I love my job? Hell-to-the-naw, man! Programming takes a tremendous
amount of mental energy. But being money motivated allows me to tolerate
    just about anything.
