Dropship, Auction, or Aff. Private label ?????

Lets say you wanted to integrate physical products into your niche soc. member site. Would you find a dropshipper, sign up for a private label affiliate program of a store selling products related to your niche, or create an auction for members to sell products and take a percentage from that?? And if you said auction how exactly would you set that up and use the escrow service.
and just curious, but what kind of charges does ebay have these days for all there members transactions??

I think that dropshipping would be a lot less of a hassle for you. It wouldn't take up too much of your time once you get everything set up. I recommend looking into it.
