How do you convert a bunch of emails in outlook to a spreadsheet?

I have about 5000 emails that are in my deleted file in outlook. What is the easiest way to get the email address from those emails to a excel spreadsheet? I know how to do it one at a time but there has to be a easier way.......Thanks
