Hey warriors,
Is making the headline an image a bad idea? Or should I stay with text? I did the above in photoshop and can't figure out how to duplicate the whole effect otherwise. But I don't know if that's a bad idea considering keywords and the like. Am I losing out by doing so? |

I think it depends on how relevant and striking the image is. I've seen it work well with a row of before/after photos for a weight-loss/fitness product, for example.
But some people's eye may still be drawn to the printed line just below the image, and in that sense arguably what you're doing isn't "making the headline an image" but "having an image above the headline and the headline lower than normal". I can't see it (new trick from Photoshop?) ...

Well I guess my first problem is I don't know how apparantly to add an image to my post!
