I've tried to rank my site with many efforts, money and time, but Google Algorithms always changes from time to time.

Its I think, actually, the challenge of breaking the "old way" of marketing to get through to your target market.

By that what I mean, when one approaches the market with the old "winning formulas" to attract market, it no more works!

  For me, its finding and investing new funds and time into my new media business (not new indeed I have been working on it since 2010). I'm shortage of both right now. It seems I have to burn through some $400K by November-December 2017. Its very hard, and I'm fighting.
  
  Coming to U.S this year is another challenge. I have to talk and attract new investors, including Gary Vaynerchuk. So basically, I'm quite nervous.

The biggest challenge to start up and flourish a new business is to develop, engage and convince the community of target buyers. Branding is a great challenge but your prompt response on social media comments help to win the confidence of potential buyers.

Staying focused is the biggest challenge for many people when trying to build an online business. I know for sure it's one of my biggest problems. When working to build an online business, you'll be faced lots of distractions. The hardest part is choosing one thing and sticking with it until it works.

The temptation when starting online is to try every single method to make some money. The challenge is learning how to stay focused and accomplish your goals. I'm pretty sure if you surveyed most people trying to get started online you'd find this to be one of the most significant challenges they face.

Getting distracted by retirement and all the toys that have rightfully be afforded to me through my Intent Marketing endevours.
I mean come onfolks trying to decide if I want to drive the Lambo or Bentley to my office can cause major distractions. Im sure you guys can commiserate

Seriously, I think as you get older distractions include embracing the things that mean the most to you like family, passionate hobbies, church etc.. and they can sometimes get in the way of things but in a very good way

Biggest challenge? How to make a great looking design that will be easy for users visiting the website. But for this I would actually turn to pros at design and website building, even found a company from which I just love their work.
Other than that, I guess proper SEO will be also some work to do.
