Is DRM 2.0 a forced continuity programme?
I read the sales page of the DRM 2.0 site and it looked interesting and at $47 seems good value. However, when I went to order it was almost impossible to buy the $47 package without signing-up for the $97 a month membership. Not only that but I cannot see any contact details on the site - they might be there but I can't see them. I got as far as the order form and back-out. A while later I received an email from Support saying I had not completed my order. I emailed them back saying there was something wrong with the order form. It took a few days before someone replied.
The Support issue isn't so much of a problem - this is a new offer and they may be very busy. But my main concern is am I signing-up to a forced continuity programme. I got trapped in one of these before and it was bloody difficult to get out of it.
So does anyone know about DRM 2.0?
