Well, I am launching my 1st membership site next week - Hurray!!! But frankly, I really don't know if my site "Terms of Service" (guess this is the name, if not go easy on me) is really solid and professional. Are there any common guidelines to use? Like "you will not share"? ![]() Thanks in advanced. Fernando |

This is a very 'copy-cat' industry, have a look at some of the more popular sites, terms of service.

Hello, you may want to include to be not held responsible for any damage to the users computer. This sounds harsh but you never know when someone installs something and the computer blows up. The customer always wants to blame someone for it. |

Something new soon.
