    Hi Andy...

Best to contact EZA first and get to the bottom of it. Until you know their reasons for taking such drastic action, it's tough to know the best route to take.

As long as you're submitting original content and playing by the rules, you should be fine. Get in touch with the and be business-like in your approach. Show that you're serious about getting on with your contributions of quality content.

    Best of success!

    Robert

    Hi Andy,
I think that you probably wrote an article that is the same or have some equal parts of another article, for example, in GoArticles.com or another Article Directory.

Ezine Article have a powerful system to search for duplicated articles.

Try urgently to contact Ezine support and search in your articles if there's some duplicated out there. If so, delete that article and then talk to the support guys.

    Hope it helped.

    Best regards,
    Leonardo

They are banning people lately for a few things. One man was banned for submitting a new author name which they did not approve. Other times they may ban you, if they suspect you of misconduct, they may also ban you on a complaint from someone else etc..

But the fact of the matter is, you won't know unless you ask, and recently I have found them to be harboring really silly reasons for banning people, but they are also really cracking down on alot of things.

Thus, as their message says, contact them, and then you will know why you were banned.

As well, are all of your articles down/removed from the ezine interface itself? or are they just not allowing any further submissions from your end? Reading the email they sent you, it's says that your account has been suspended, and you are unable to submit any articles, then NO you have not been banned forever...lol

It just means that you must fix whatever it is they have a problem with first, and then they will let you continue to submit...

They are also quite quick to respond to emails of this sort, so it's best that you get on it and email them NOW, and ask what the concern with your account is, so that you can find out and they can re-instate everything fast.

I had my account suspended, because I chose a new author name, which they did not approve of, and like you, I received that email. Upon contacting them, they told me I had to pick a more appropriate name, which I did, and emailed them back telling them that I did, and within less than an hour, everything had become back to normal!

As for duplicate content, their submission interface itself will not allow you to submit anything that is the same as your previous content, or other users' content. So that is not very possible, when they have designed the submission page to catch all of that, and trust me, it does!

So if you had a title just like someone else's... or a paragraph that is the same etc... it will tell you that you already have that submitted, and will take you back to the submission page again- without having accepted your article submission.

It will also generate a note that saying something like "if you feel this had been made in error, please contact us", in the case that your content is in fact original, or there is some issue with the website itself.

So I doubt that is the case here, it's probably something else, and most often, I think it's the user name.

Also, they may flag your account if you have invalid, inactive, or inappropriate links/content on the websites your links lead to. (the links in your author box)

But as mentioned, we wont (and the O/P) won't know what the real reason is, until EZA is contacted about it, from the O/P.

So best of luck, and I don't think it's anything big, unless you were blatantly doing something against their guidelines... but I don't think that is the case here.

I would suggest you to contact them and ask for the reason they had banned your account. Most probably, your account is banned due to duplicate content posted on other article submission website or some other reason.

I think contacting them would be the best option as they will let you know the exact reason for banning your account.

The best thing is to contact their support immediately. I once gotten my account banned for some stupid reason. I contact them and my account is relieved within 2-3 days.

The only way is to contact ezinearticles and find out why you are banned. They are very strict with their rules. If you use multiple ezinearticle accounts and they happen to find out, you are banned. However, there is still room for negotiations but the process can take you days and even weeks. If your account does not have too many articles (less than 10), I suggest you create another account using entirely different pen name and email account, etc and start from scratch. That is much faster and less painful. But if your account is fully established with hundreds and thousands of articles, try and persuade and reason with them. Do not be offensive.

Agreed. You will need to contact them for the reason before you can find a solution to get your account back.

Did you have multiple accounts there? Ezine expects that you have just one account per person: "We are only able to accept one account per human author."

Most times they will re-instate an account if you can make sense in your response to their messages.
