I am not sure if free mind works on a mac but check it out. http://freemind.sourceforge.net/wiki/index.php/Download It is what I use. If you are needing it for graphical process maps you can outline them with this software and have a graphic designer do thier thing with them so they look great. Since freemind is open source you can add as a bonus for affiliate promos, completely legal! anyway check it , and let me know if ya get it. |

I'm a freemind user as well. If it's possible for you to run it, I highly recommend it.

I use MindJet and love it. I'm pretty sure it is available for Macs. You can get a significant discount on it if you order from Academic Superstore : Academic Software discounts for students, teachers and schools (not an affiliate link). You don't have to be a student to order from them. If you have a kid in school (even elementary school), you can provide proof of enrollment and order. Shoot, you could even sent proof of enrollment for a grandchild, niece or nephew, etc. |

MindManager from MindJet. They have versions for both Windows and Macs, but you can run the Windows version under Parallels or VMWare Fusion without any trouble. |

People who use FreeMind on a Mac might want to take a look at MindNode. The basic version is free (the pro version costs $20!) and IMO, it's much more intuitive than FreeMind. If you're looking for online mindmapping, check out Online Mind Mapping - MindMeister. It reminds me of Mindjet Mindmanager. |
