Does frame cloaking CPA affiliate links work?

Newbie here, found out affiliate marketing is one of the best places to start in internet marketing.

I was checking MaxBounty offer through my own framed affiliate link, entered email address and did all the shit. In the reports section, it shows my 5 clicks but doesn't show the conversion.

Is it because of the frame? Do I have to do 301 redirect?
