Is it worth changing a domain name?

I have a new product review site up and running and after reading a response to a recent post of mine I thought it might be good idea to add the word 'reviews' to my domain.

I've done a fair amount but not a ton of SEO on it.

Do you warriors think it would be worth changing the domain name?

Does having the term 'review' in the domain escalate the sites' worthy-ness?

Actually, adding 'review' will make the domain match the title of the site.

I feel I should have named it this way when I created it! Jeez!

Is this a no-brainer, a DUH moment? OR not?

I don't think there is anything wrong with domains with review in the domain, just give an honest review of the products and know what you're talking about because you actually have used the products

Have you considered two sites, one with the review and one without? A little spinning of the content would make them two different sites and give you two chances with SE ranking.
