Hi, I was just wanting a couple of answers regarding Paydotcom and thought the quickest way to get the required info would be to ask in here. 1) If I have a product in Paydotcom and a referred sale is refunded. Does the system recognise this automatically or would I have to amend the figures somehow? ie - If I had to refund a customer for whatever reason, I obviously wouldn't want to be paying out for that sale to an affiliate if the sale became void for any reason. 2) I understand that I have to pay out my affiliates every two weeks. That's great BUT how exactly does this operate. I have a 14 day refund policy. Although my refund rate is not high I still have to give the occassional refund for those who do not find my product best suited for their needs or experience. Say if a member buys my product, then 10 days later they request a refund for whatever reason. If the payout day has been within this period this means that if I refund the customer I will have also paid out the commission. So, is there a lag between the sale and commission payout period. I know I'd be paying out every two weeks but is there an initial lag to cater for vendors refund policies? Any advice on this would be much appreciated. |
