Need to Write Offline Disclosure. Any Tips

Hi,

I think I'll be looking at my first offline customer in a couple of weeks. I'm in the process of putting some paperwork together, and I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to write your own disclosure.

I am just getting established as a sole proprietor in IM and will need to manage the legality issues.

Any thoughts on the subject would be great.
