What Can I Make From This Site If I Sold It?

I have never sold a site before however I need to raise some money before the 11th of November; and since I do not know any other way to do it I thought I would try to sell one of my sites.

The site is almost a year old and is making some decent income; however I do not really know how much is realistic to make off a site. Therefore I wanted to come to the Warrior Forum to find out what I can expect to make from this site.

Here is some the income the site has made in the past year. Almost all of this is from adsense and I really do not touch the site; as a matter of fact I really haven't touched the site in over 4 months at least.

January through September Adsense Income: $451.66

Made One Clickbank Sale this month of: $29.38

I have never sold a site and do not know how to go about it or what the possibility is of making off this site. If someone could point me in the right direction then I would greatly appreciate.

You're typically looking at several multiples of one month's income (if you can prove the income). That tends to be 6-12 months of income, so you're on track to get anywhere from $400 - $800 it would appear. It depends on other factors, but as long as the site get decent traffic and has some age, which yours does, that's a good estimated range. If you have to pay for traffic, that'll knock the price way down, FYI.

Thanks John that is what I wanted to know; it is all organic traffic I do not pay for any visitors.

I think 10-18 months income seems to be the going rate for an adsense site.

Yours seems to be averaging around $50 a month?
