Stuck writing my Sales Page. Help!

by noobz

I've been wanting to write a sales page for one of my pre launch product. I already know what to write. Problem is I don't know how to write it. I can outsource, but the issue is I don't think writers are going to write me all the steps are they? Since I'm the only one that knows this strategy.

What should I do?

Write it anyway then post it in the copywriting section for suggestions.

Whenever I clearly communicate my needs with another party, business-wise, they do an A-OK job noob

It's like that Einstein guy says; if you cannot explain a concept to a 5 year old, you don't understand it yourself. Or something like that.

The writers will clearly understand your steps aka sales page content when you get super duper clear on your steps aka content, and then, just explain.

Other option; this is my fave....write 1000 or 20,000 words daily for practice, in a Word document. I sound certifiable advising this but this simple practice made me a more skilled, clear writer, stupid quickly.

Get a skilled 'Copy Writer' to write your sales letter after you explain your strategy.

If you find a good copy writer and can afford them, they'll know how to structure your letter to sell your product...

Just as long as the strategy that you have in mind actually works.

It's difficult to tell them exactly in text what to write.

It would have to be a writer who understand the niche really well himself, and has use the methodology himself in order to write my method out in letters.

To know the mind of an internet marketer and think like one, you must become one.

I don't think there are any writers like that out there, but I could be wrong.

I mean for example, how are you going to tell a writer to write a course on Facebook Advertising when he doesn't even have any experience running Fb ads? That's the point. They don't know the strategies that are involved in it. They don't know my mind. So how are they going to write it? I can't explain to them in letters because it just doesn't work.

        Actually, they could.

U can talk to them, describe the strategy, they take notes, they write, u review, make changes, if necessary.

The problem is u don't know what writers do.

To use the Facebook example, u tell the writer your experience with it, they write it out nicely.

You provide them your numbers/results and, if u hire a good writer, I'll swear he/she lived inside your skin while you were doing Facebook.

    You have 3 options:

    1. Write it and tweak it yourself based on split testing
    2. Write it and have a pro copywriter review/tweak it for you...less costly than complete write-up from word go...
    3. Work with a pro copywriter to write it from beginning based on your requirements

Only word of caution is that if you do not know HOW to write your sales letter and that is the expertise of a copywriter - let them guide the process, after all, that's what they do

just find a good sales letter or wso that sold many copies and base your sales copy on it. you can go see how many copies were sold at warriorplus.com. it tells how many wsos were sold there and base your sales letter on that with your own info. they have the best copywriters there. wsos do nto sell 5000 copies by accident

If you know what to write - you can write it. It may take days or a couple weeks or more to edit over and over - change and add and delete - but you could do it.

Start with a list of "benefits/items" that need to be in the copy - move to an outline (study some sales pages till you see the 'format' being used in them)...
and start writing, and add bullet points and all the other bells and whistles you want.

wsos do nto sell 5000 copies by accident
WSOs don't sell 5000 copies.......you could leave it at that...

    Just do it.
