How does the affiliate network know what keywords you're bidding on?

Hey mates, I am in the process of creating a campaign on Bing. However, the offer that I want to run says that I am not allowed to bid on certain keywords, but if I decide to bid on a certain keyword that's no allowed and it converts how will the affiliate network know what I have done? Is it possible for them to know what I have done?

    Hi, Are you doing brand bidding?, if Yes then you can be easily tracked by your client and ad network both.
    Also, next when if you are using the link of an ad network for that campaign for D2M and bidding, it can also be easily tracked in the tracking platform from where the sales are coming from or what all referrals they are getting from where all. So everything is easy through tracking link and platform.

    Using your affiliate link vendor can identify from where are clicks are generated and from where the sales are coming,
    Do not use the keyword which should not be bid in the Bing, read the affiliate policy before biding any keyword in any ppc network.,.
