Is it alright to send unsolicited emails ?

My affiliate script hiccuped, should I pay my affiliates since there is no longer any proof ?

I changed 20% of a competitors article, can anyone really say it is not now my intellectual property ?

Does my shirt look wrinkled to you ?

If YOU have to ask .......

Well, technically, if you have taken an article and twisted it around a little bit, it does not make it a new article. Borrowing an idea is also a kind of stealing, in a way.

I agree on the articles . The borrowing an idea thing is a way of marketing life . Not saying anyone has to like it .

A lot of the material I am seeing is just someone's idea with a little twist added to it .

I know I am guilty of buying a crap program or tactic , finding a gem in it and adding something to it to make it work .

A lot of the new "original" ideas of today are really just tactics implemented by old school marketing genius from a forgotten era .

I am not talking internet marketers from the 90's . The late 1800's and early to mid 1900's

Due to the above comment I feel it necessary to draw attention to the fact that all men are not completely lost when faced with such task as simply removing wrinkles from a shirt . Why just this morning I tossed a shirt in the dryer. 10 minutes and most of then was gone :-)

              And your point is?

              Heavy: Iron, frying pan

              Flat: Iron, frying pan

              Potentially hot: Iron, frying pan

Bear in mind I used to re-sew loose blazer buttons with telephone wire (needle and thread combined) and patch holed trouser pockets with a standard office stapler.

              Disclaimer: I was single

Point: There are always other ways to look at a problem or opportunity. Innovation is essential. Why be, "me too-ish?"

Alexa my claim to male embarressment is my husband likes a crease in his jeans. Obviously for the sake of my street cred I refuse to do it and he's too idle to do his own!!!

        Troy,
There are no stupid questions only stupid answers.

I receive questions everyday from members of my site and if
they had never asked the question then they would just be sitting
        there spinning their wheels.

I look at adults/newbies the same way I see children on this subject.
Children ask a lot of questions to gain knowledge and perspective about
things in life as do adults about subjects such as IM.

Questions are a part of life and a big part of the learning process.

I've had some one from another country ask me "what is a question?"
Was that a stupid question? NO!

        Just my.02
        Have a Great Day!

        PS. @Kim,
Did you have your hair done today?

I really wasn't referring to the asking of questions . It was an attempt (maybe a lame one ) to point out if you are asking if something is ethical then you probably do not need to ask .

Ethics may play on the side of opinion but when dealing with things that effect my life and business , my opinion is the only one that matters . The person I see in the mirror is the one that I have to live with.

Based from a lot of comments I have seen from you on here I would say your members are in good hands .

and to be serious, I'm lookin' at one right now "frenchxpert" with a portfolio picture of a learn french language box, lets not try to fly under the radar or anything.

and somebody also needs to turn off the comments on their blogs... SWEET!

    Hi Troy,

Hope my reply didn't sound like an attack. It wasn't meant to be one.

After re-reading your OP I see where you're coming from. I was doing a WF drive by
earlier when I spotted your post.

Some times multi-tasking and posting don't mix.

    Thanks for the kudos!

    Have a Great Day!
    Michael

PS, Do you think it would it be OK for me to use my own CB hoplink to
    purchase other Warrior's products? j/k
