How do I use amazon s3 to convert my camtasia file into something usable in lead pages?

I've been at this for 3 days already and i cant find any instructions on amazon to help me. Has anyone else ever used leadpages background template videos? If so how did you do it. If you can help me it would be immensly appreciated.

    Have you tried asking Leadpages?

Yes they help me out a little but they say that they can't help me with the amazon s3 portion of it. I went to amazon s3 but I couldn't figure out how to ask on their forums. There was no button to start a new thread.

Amazon S3 is file storage only - it won't "convert" anything.

What type of file do you have stored on S3? Is it an MP4 file that you created with Camtasia?

    How big is that file?

What error(s) are you seeing, and where, that say it's not usable?

Sure you can use S3 to serve up your video.

You will have to export it as MP4 in the size you want and upload it to the bucket you want. Set the permissions for the file so it can be accessed.

If you want another way you can always upload to Youtube as unlisted or another video site Wistia, Vimeo etc and then embed on the page you want.

    Best regards,

I don't know about Leadpages, specifically, but most of the time video backgrounds need 2 files to work.

For a lot of platforms, you need both an MP4 and a WebM.

Conver your MP4 to a WebM, and upload both.
