I spend time and energy practicing a skill, so my traffic is buying traffic....versus, me buying traffic

Social media for the win. I run a handful of sites in several niches, including the tech niche. Fan pages drive most of my traffic and I built those page audiences by running "Like" campaigns.

  • I do not spend much on paid traffic, only more on content marketing and social media- which works well for me. You can try to experiment with paid ads- FB ads or Google/Bing ads and see how your campaigns go from there.

Stay away from them sites that claim they can offer you targeted traffic for a small fee. I had a lot of bad experiences with those type of sites. Paid ads on social media sites is the best path to go down in my opinion.

    Good luck.

My experience in buying traffic is to focus on the main ad networks like Facebook ads.
Facebook ads is what is generating lots of income for me and a lot of persons right now. I try to avoid the other networks.

Actually most of the time I have been using social media sites, Forum posting, Relevant Blog commenting & so on. I work myself. If you know how to do work here, you can do your work yourself. Thanks for your advance.

I personally purchase solo ads and so far, I've had a good conversion rate. It depends on how good your sales funnel is.

If you are spending money on traffic, you should be aiming for paid Ads via social media. You can really get down to the nitty gritty with laser targeted traffic.

Buying traffic is easy, knowing how to get leads is another completely different thing.

So it seems like your real question is about Paid traffic.

    All legit paid ads work.

But not all paid ads will work for all people using them and not for all sales funnels.

Otherwise everyone using paid traffic would be big fat cats right?

So what your job is...to find the one that is right for your offer.

This is still a learning curve but this one will need an ongoing budget just to learn.

i like Facebook boost posts (paid) and I also tried paid ads on Pinterest but got no results (however the cost was reasonable).

I am also thinking of trying Reddit or Stumbleupon, but not sure if these platforms work anymore.
