Has anybody noticed this Google Search Commenting feature?

Has anybody noticed this?

See that little round "comment" icon 3rd from the right ------------^----- on the bottom?

I appears that people can now publish publicaly-visible comments in Google SERPs!

I haven't found any yet, but it's there.

I gotta jump on the "this is a bad idea & will be abused" bandwagon myself.

What bandwagon?

I'm not saying it's good or bad! I just noticed it and haven't heard anything about it, so I'm curious if anybody else knows about it. Perhaps it's a brand new feature they just put out?

This is just a comment you leave for yourself, others can't view them. Also if you hit the up arrow it will stick that listing at the top of the results but only for you....unfortunately.

You will notice it vanishes when you log out
