Tool to help me filling out pdf forms with user data

Hello,

I am looking for a tool/service which can help filling out pre-formatted pdf forms (like government forms etc.) with data inserted by users (they fill out simple form I published on my site) and data computed by the system based on their inputs.

Do you know any service like that?

    I guess you are talking about Adobe Acrobat. This is a program to edit pdf documents. As I know, you just can't edit the document if it was scanned.
