How to build a global team

Dear Warriors,

I am a freelancer web developer. Recently I have created a website to support unlimited WordPress small fixes, tweaks and any kind of issues clients may face. I would like to build a strong team globally to support clients via live chat instantly.

The main concept of this service is subscription based. Rainastudio.com is the startup. Now my questions are, how do I build a strong global team? How can I connect them to one profile?

    Have you consider using Facebook Groups? You will be able to have your people join the group. Do live video with them and get feedback from them. Advertise for clients and team members all on the same platform.

      Hi Mam, Can you be a bit detail? Isn't it tough to find real people on Facebook? I do have Facebook Group. How do I get experts and join to that group?

    I have a team like that, for marketing purposes.

    For managing the team as one profile and finding clients I primarily use Upwork. It allows me to have guaranteed payment from the client's side, and to reach a bigger audience.

    My best piece of advice, hire the best, keep them happy, and communicate properly, and also give them space, do not micro manage.
