What do these call outs mean in Google search results? I haven't seen them before and don't find anything unique about the results that have the call out vs those that don't. This was in the local business results. |

Thanks Brian, I must have missed the memo on those. They catch the eye when looking at the results but it seems it will look cluttered and be ineffective if everyone starts using them. Five of the nine paid listings used them in this search.
