Making MONEY With CPA Landing Page VS Redirect

Hey Fellow Warriors,

Which one do you think converts better?

A landing page?
Or simple redirect?

Of course the answer might be it depends...

It depends on the quality of landing page.
It depends on how well you pre-sold.
It depends on which offers.. etc.

But in general, say you had a decent article written
and would it better to send the potential buyer
directly to the product page OR to your landing page
where you want to nudge him one more time?

The answer is you have to test it. But, it all depends on how much time and money you have to throw at something. Building landing pages takes time and money, simple redirects are cheap. If you have a truly "hungry" crowd you should be able to get decent conversions with a direct link or redirect! Depends on the niche.

I'd tell you landing page works much better for me

I've also had simple redirect that works fine for me, so its not 100% right all the time

and also depends on how sneaky you wanna get in

I'm just thinking that through having them read my article
and click on the link, they've gone through one hurdle
already.

But if they have to read through another article (or review)
on my LP and click on the link, would it increase the
risk of losing them?

Even after the LP, they have to go through ANOTHER
content on the product site and fill out the form...

Boy, that's a lot of hurdles I have them go through..

It depends on the offer, you're talking about a product which is a little different than the email and zip submits I'm usually taking advantage of. Overall though in almost any case you'll find a landing page will convert better, except in extremely rare circumstances.
