Need Help With Squeeze Page

I need to create A Squeeze/Landing page that is 260/150 in pixels. Does anyone know how I can create A page this size and have it online for free? I want to use Site Vacuum which would allow my web site to appear within the sponsored links in Google but I do not know how to create A page that is 260/150. Please reply if you know how I can do this I would really appreciate it.

    Well, 260x150px... that's not a "site" - that' a stamp
    It would be roughly the same size as the box on the left of your post, where your name and other related info is displayed.

    I have no idea what Site Vacuum is... so I don't know how will you end up in the G. sponsored links. Those are paid ads.

    You may want to try to re-phrase your question...
