Hi All... Just wondering what if you know whether you need to have separate pages on your site for these sections: 1.Copyright-notice 2. Privacy-policy 3. Website-disclaimer What's your experience here? Any thoughts...? Hope to hear from you soon, :-) Beaumont. |

I think itīs a good idea to have at least a privacy policy disclaimer.I have a separate page for it and a link in the footer of my blogs.

Hi, I always out all of them up. Google seems to like it, because it makes your site look better than all the other SPAM sites out there. Many people are mass creating sites and when you put those up, it seems that you have an advantage over the rest. It will take you only a few minutes to make them. Just Google on disclaimer text and privacy text and you will find some standard text you can use for your site. |

I just use a single TOS page that has all that stuff in one location.

I always have a minimum a contact us page, TOS, privacy policy and disclaimer. Been so long since I have not done this on sites I cannot remember why this combo worked for me, but I know we did alot of split testing to make sure Google "liked" this setup. |

Yes, the user needs to find these write-ups in separate sections. So they are also easily indexed by the search engines.
