Free Ticket System for Warriors

Hey Warriors,

I wanted to use some of my resources, one being my programmer to introuce a free ticket system for Warriors for their WSOs as well as related products.

I want to make sure that we encompass problems that we generally see within communication between a buyer and seller.

So far the following are the features we think should be implemented.

Addition of Users as well as Groups for different projects
Easy Administration and Navigation
Simple Installation onto Server
Arrange tickets by name, email, status, etc.
Easy Integration into Current Projects
Changing Status of Tickets

Is there anything else you can think of?
