Hi,

Low CTR is often related to using keywords that are not targeted enough and the ad.
Do you have multiple ads for one keyword to do splittesting?
After a decent amount of clicks do you delete the ones that are not converting and do you make an new ad to make it better?

Again...look at your keywords, are they targeted eneough!

Break down your related keywords into ad groups. Write specific ads for those keywords. Do A-B testing with your ads and eliminate the one with a lower CTR. Rinse and repeat until you get a CTR that's good.

I assume you're talking about the CTR of your landing page? If you're not getting clicks on your ads pick more popular keywords and up your budget to get better placement.

Low CTR of landing page could be a design issue, poor keyword targeting, etc. - all stuff that other people have mentioned.

Maybe find someone you trust to take a look at your keywords, your ads and your landing page just to get an idea if something is way out of line.

Other than that - split test everything. Yeah, it's a pain to always create 2, 3 or 4 of everything and always tweaking but that's the nature of PPC. If it were easy anybody could do it and be profitable (and they can't and won't).
