Tracking a Visitor

I'm trying to track visitors so I know exactly where they come from and whether or not they end up buying a product.

I'm having a tough time searching in Analytics. Is there any tracking software or script where I can install on my website?

Have you tried with geovisite.com?
I think that is free...

If you're tracking PPC traffic then have a look at tracking202. They have free hosted and non hosted versions
