I create php double refreshes for the aff links on my site to mask the traffic.

Is there a tool that can do this for me? Its actually kinda time consuming changing them out with each new offer i promote. Is there a tool where i can just put in what i want the redirects to be called and put in my aff link and it spits out my php link to put on my site?
