I am interested in flipping one of my blogger sites that has made some revenue. Was wondering about how to transfer the password and username over and the like. Anybody know how this is done? Cheers. |

I `ve come to the realization that no one (except maybe Justin Brook) knows how to transfer these to the owner. Without his advice, I`d guess that I just create a new gmail account per blog that I know I want to sell in advance. This really makes it all easy, as you could just give them the username and password out right. Otherwise, I have no idea how to `transfer owners` being that blogger, needs your gmail, so if you have more than one blogger blog (like I do) your pretty much hooped. Thats the closest and best guess that I can manage right now. Hopefully this helps someone else out! Cheers. |

The short answer is that you get a new email for the blog. The blog name stays the same and you give the new owner - your password & userid. I notice that few people will sell a blogger blog. Back in the day - 2005. There was a student selling his blogger blog because he got a job. He wanted $200 for a PR3 blog that had over 100 posts and traffic was over 10 uniques per day. The main selling point was passing page rank via posting stories with links. Well, now we have Google telling us to nofollow all links. Not sure selling a blogger blog is such a great idea. |
