Is it okay to use testimonials from your vendors page on your presell page if you are an affiliate?

Ask vendor permission before posting. Some vendors don't like posting their web page content on other site because of duplicate content issue or whatever they feel about it.

I think it depends on the particular vendor whether they allow you to do so.
