How to avoid being Spammed!

Hi, we are sending a lots of marketing emails with offers to different businesses. How to make sure our emails are not spam filtered and our email servers are not spam listed? Maybe use a good 3rd party service? Please advice

Ofcourse if you listed as spamming you will lose all your efforts as you will not be able to sell your product or marketing your service.
