Wow.

Folks, this is amazing.

You get to choose your own number - ANY NUMBER (if available, of course). Then you connect that number to, say, your office phone and your cell phone. When someone calls your Google #, both your office phone and your cell phone will ring at the same time!

You can also filter by friends, for example. If my friend Jose calls me (and I have Google # set up to ring my office, home and cell phone), only my cell phone will ring, because Google will recognize that it is Jose!

You can also send/receive free text messages. You can call within the US for free! International calls are also very cheap.

You can also record your voice mail greeting (and, again, filter it by friends - if Jose calls he will not hear my "Welcome to Bogmil Company...", he will hear "Hey, this is Bo, ...") and Google will store all the voicemail on their server. Heck, they will also make a transcript out of it, so the voicemail message appears as an email!

This is plain awesome!

Wow, that's pretty crazy, it's one of those thing that makes you wonder why it hasn't been done before. They're going to make a killing with that as there will be millions of people who will find it useful!

Yea it is awesome. But lets talk about sidewiki. Just kidding.

I got 4 google voice numbers. all vanity numbers. one ends in 4Income the other ends in Work and one more ends in Forum I forget what the other one is.
