Deleting Multiple Keyword Phrases

I'm looking for some software that I can load a list of keywords into, one phrase per line, and delete duplicate whole phrases (not just single words)

I know I can take more steps and use a spreadsheet but I'm looking for something like I described.

Something that could also put a "-" before each phrase would be nice for negative keyword lists.

Does anyone know of anything like that and what is it?

Thanks but I was looking for a free one.

I found one for whoever needs it. It's only 8KBs.

Doesn't add the - for negative keyword but it seems to remove duplicates correctly. The only thing is when you exit it will open your browser and go to a blog.

Deosn't need to be installed. Just run it.

Oh, and you can add the - before negative keywords with this:

Negative Keyword List Generator

It also sets your lists in alphabetical order.

There is a free online tool that I use that does this:

AdWords Wrapper

Enter your phrases and it automatically removes duplicates and you can also designate negative keywords.
