Default newbie aweber question

Hi, I have a newbie aweber question.

Say I have an email list about "cars". Say I have two sites, one about Toyota, one about Honda, and I want to give each site visitor its own bonus downloadable ebook "Toyota Secrets", and "Honda Secrets".. but I want both sites to have users sign up to "cars" mailing list. Is that possible?

You could just have two separate lists for Toyota and Honda -- then when you send out a broadcast email, you can select both lists to receive the same message at the same time if you want.

Thanks, Ken. So in other words you are saying I can develop messages once (seperate from lists), and then send them to different lists? That would work.

Ken's right.

I send the same message to 10 lists - use the Include list /Exclude list box underneath the message in Broadcast. You might have a 100 lists and just select the ones you want.

If you're putting in followup messages, I think you'll have to enter them for each list separately, but you can just copy and paste the message and it won't take too much additional time.

If you're sending out a broadcast message, there's an option that says "Send to Other Lists" or something like that, and you just check the lists you want it to go to.
