Where's a good site to find freelancing work for SEO/Internet Marketing and Web Design? I want to build on my hosting business by bringing in new clients. I've tried some sites like ELance, Guru and ODesk but no real quality work. Can you find work from those who post on this site?

I've always had success with Scriptlance but any site you choose you have to take your precautions and ask the right questions up-front.

Odesk has worked well for me but sometimes you have to sort through a few not so great people before you find some good ones.
What helps is to be very specific in your job posting, and request certain things be given to you. (samples, portfolio, etc) The more you screen people during the 'interview' process, the better quality people you will find. Ask people to tell you why they are the best fit for the job. You can find excellent people for $2-$3 an hour this way. |

I would just recommend here, in the Warriors For Hire section. You have to pay $20 just to post, so must of them have at least some experience. Not to mention that you can always ask for work samples, most will let you pay after a certain job is done as well.

I'm actually talking about myself looking for freelance work. Not looking for others to work for me. Not yet at least.
But I appreciate the reply.Regards, |
