Twitter soft ware for building traffic

Just wondering if any one can tell me of any good twitter software for traffic generation and list building.

Seriously, don't get caught up in all that auto-follow crap. Just be real, provide valuable, useful and entertaining information, connect with people who are in your target market, and you'll do well.

I got a message today to get 400 followers a day - so I clicked on the user out of curiosity who had 3 followers and was pushing their link on me when I have over 7k - LOL

I've got a follower base of 18k for my main account but I also run a few other accounts for other people and niche's. I've reviewed heaps and heaps of applications. The one that I've been using for 3 months now is tweetspinner. It does the following very well:
- allows you to target accounts based on
a) keywords both to follow and avoid
b) follower users of other twitter users
c) it checks the tweet structures and wont follow accounts that just post links, dont interact with others etc (avoid bots / spammers)
d) it will clean our spam from your direct messages - so you can actually use it for messaging !
e) allows for clever auto tweets using scripting etc
f) purges people who dont follow you back after a period of time

The reason I like it, is it can be configured to do the actions in the way that I would actually do them. This leaves me free to actually communicate and read other peoples tweets. I found that I was spending soooo much time doing follower management.

I agree, just be real and tweet sincerely, and you will get good targeted followers as opposed as untargetted mass following.

The only legitimate one that I have found is a relatively new system called "Genesis Rocket." I have tried a bunch and this one works the best.

I have an offline business and my clients also love it for their Twitter exposure.

To be honest, I also promote it, and it's pretty pricey at $97, but I have several Twitter accounts that I have been using this on for the last several months without any problems, so for me and my clients, it has been well worth the price. In fact the Twitter account I have listed here on the forum is only 2 weeks old and I already have over 1600 targeted followers.

I use it mostly to generate traffic for my various businesses online.

Works like a charm.
