Raffle Script?

Anyone have any guidance as to a script to do this?

I want to run a monthly raffle with the 1st prize being a $50 Itunes gift card. As my income increases I will increase the value of the prize.

I want to assign site Opt-In visitors a unique number (affiliate ID?) and run a random number generator to select the lucky person each month.

I want to encourage each such person to refer others (to my Opt-In page) by giving each person an extra entry for each person they refer.

If 'Joe' Opts-In - he gets one entry for each month.
If 'Joe' refers 100 others (who also Opt-In) - 'Joe' now has 101 entries in each monthly raffle and each person he refers (who ALSO Opt-In) have 1 entry.

I've read through some affiliate and matrix scripts but I can't find anything like this.

Any help is appreciated.

    Just make sure that whatever jurisdiction you live in allows this...the reason is that some states/countries frown upon any sort of raffle activity even if you are not getting a monetary gain our of it.

    So just be aware and check on the rules for your particular country.
