eBook rights and transfer of ownership

I have a huge eBook ready to go.

It's not about IM, as it's written for a niche market where there is a demand BUT I don't now have time to promote it etc...

Is it possible to sell an eBook and all rights, not as PLR but as a one off rights transfer to someone else, who then has exclusive rights to promote/sell.

And if it's doable on here, where?
