Mincro Niche Finder crashing?

(That's Micro Niche Finder. Title sp)

Is your MNF crashing too, or is it just me? I use VISTA, but this has only been going on a couple days. It strts up ok, but when I dig using Google keyword suggest feature on a particular keyword I get an assortment of crash reports, and a suggestion that I close and reopen.

I also cannot find any support for MNF, and have even tried to get James via twitter. I may have missed the support process when I bought the product, but if you could direct me, that would be great. TY.

    Yes mine has crashed once or twice as well, & I'm using Vista with SP 2 the upgrade was this week. I've PM'd you his email support address Marty.

    Hope you get some joy soon. It's a great product I love it.

    Yes, it's crashing on me constantly today. I really rely on that tool now. I hope it gets to feeling better soon. Yes, I'm running Vista, too.

    There you will find an extensive Knowledgebase of known issues. But if that doesn't help with your problem you can submit a ticket to our support staff from the same link.

    When you submit a support ticket please include all relevant details and error messages. Just saying "i get an error when i do a search" is not enough information to help you with your problem and will result in unneeded delays.

    Our normal Support hours are Monday - Friday from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm ET. If you submit your ticket within those hours you can usually expect a reply back within an hour. Otherwise it will be the next day (or Monday if its a weekend.) If the issue has to be escalated to the programmer it could take longer but usually within 24 hours. We also check in several times on the weekend to make sure there are no system wide issues.

    Micro Niche Finder has a Support Button in the Tool Bar at the top of every screen. If you press that button you will be directed to all the support options. There is also a link to the Support Desk on the website.
