Default Do people really spin their comments?

I just received the following comment on my blog. I'm assuming (hoping) it's been through a spinner. I'm wondering what the point of that would be. Does anyone do this?

Comment:

There are hundreds of sites that make available to commerce a chance to clear money for your callous work. Not everyone wants to bolt a chance. Our efficient blogging program is no more than fitting for the person who has a aged uniform of skill and wants to catalogue articles on a part-time basis. With this program, you are booming to get paid. You don’t oblige to chance whether or not you on clear an profits like many other incentive opportunities online.

Of course it is a junk comment, a spam comment, that looks like legitimate. But it is different than random junk words appearing meaningless. In this way, it looks more like a legit comment when in fact it is not.

Obviously spun, and poorly so. This is all Google's fault.

Yes, people spin their comments as they spin articles.
But like I always say - the problem isn't with spinning
in itself... the problem is with people doing spinning
wrongly. If done right, it surely won't look as crazy
as the comment you just posted looks.

This is obviously some kind of spy trigger phrase.

My comments tend to be full of links to a V!@GRA site. It is really sad how people use spam.
