Do Clickbank Re-Issue Checks Lost in the Mail?

Hi,

I live in Australia so it normally takes about 7 days to get my check from Clickbank. It's been around 21days. I have informed clickbank but I wanted to know whether you have had a check lost in the mail and whether clickbank reissue checks or add the amount to the next one.

I am in the US and had that happened. I was sent a separate check. However, my situation was that I had found a check from them more than 6 months old that I couldn't cash and they had to re-issue it.

An assistant had actually lost a check (should I say ex-assistant)! luckily Clickbank itself found I had not cashed a check and sent a new one after I filled out a brief form.

Hi Dale,

That's interesting - I'm from Australia and I'm missing a cheque from the same cycle as you mentioned.

Some Aussie Post employee just struck it rich

That's interesting Sam. It was the cheque issued on the 16th of Sept. As you well know, when we get the check, it's another 6 weeks before the funds clear. What a pain!

It would be interesting to see if other Aussies got their cheque in this cycle,

Postal Delays & Reissued Checks

No national postal service is 100% reliable. If your check is significantly delayed you may request that we send you a new check. To issue a new check we have to pay a service fee to the bank network to recall (void) the first check. A US$20 cancellation charge applies and is deducted from the amount of the newly reissued check. New checks will only be issued on days when regular checks are sent. ClickBank must receive the reissue request by the pay period end date in order for the reissue check to be processed at the same time as the payment for that pay period. There are no exceptions to these deadlines. To request that a check be reissued, please use the Account Questions form.

Hi Dale,

Yeah , it would be interesting to hear how many Aussies did get their cheque on time - anyone else lose one?

An interesting co-incidence, if nothing else. This is the first time I haven't gotten a cheque.

They wait until the next cycle to reissue, though, so I'm going to wait a few more days before requesting a new one. You never know where the loss or the delay was.

The problem with re-issuing a new check is that they charge you $20. And when the banks in Australia charge you another $20 for clearing the funds I wouldn't be too happy.

If you lose a cheque - or the post loses a cheque - Clickbank will re-issue you a new one.

Hi guys

i remember reading from the terms and conditions or faq that they issue you a replacement if they go missing in the post.

However you may find that they will wait a couple of weeks to do so just in case it turns up.
