Top of the aftenoon to all your warriors out there. Just a quick question. I'm considering live chat options for one of my sites to be manned 24/7 by live chat operators. I see there are a lot of services out there. I'm interested in any feedback some of you may have regarding the services/prices out there. i'm interested in having live chat operators included in the service. kind regards and many thanks colleen |

Hi ... I'm not sure if I can post links in here yet since I am one of the new members... But Chat To Text has professional and easy to setup live agents that is customizable (time delay set, footer option, theme) and it is very affordable... RellieChats.Com. I'm going to get another url name once I get around to it...one that is more professional...i use relliechats.com for social networks and stuff...but I think the service is great... I recently did a lot of research for this. In the past I always used boldchat.com, but they charge extra for each feature, and their desktop client seemed slow for me. Livesupport.com is pretty expensive. We're curently using providesupport.com and I like it a lot. It's the best I've found\used so far. |

There is a free chat service in Cpanel's Fantatisco collection... I can't remember the name of it though.
