I use a plugin called FasterIM Popup by a fellow Warrior. I believe their username is Seree.

I have also used a plugin by MaxBlogPress. Both are great for what you want to do.

Here is a solution i use for peel away ads that can be used for pop ups or just about any code insert. The plug in is not designed originally for this use, best of all it will only happen within that post. No other posts will be effected, this means you can use this method repeatedly for different posts. Link provided for full how to..

In step two just use the java code etc for the pop up etc.
