Still need help with displaying RSS feeds on my site please.

I had a thread posted earlier but the solutions posted aren't what i need i dont think. Someone mention RSS2html i downloaded and it seems to be for making your own feeds.

I'm looking for something to display external feeds from other sites on my website, not make my own. I also need to be able to customize how they are displayed (background color, font, ect..) I'm new to the whole RSS deal sorry if im not clear.
