Hmmm how should I approach this?

I have a songwriting E-Course that I created and sell on on my site www.HowToWriteaSong.net. This morning I had an email from someone in the UK who has expressed an interest in getting a UK University to buy my course for their students.

How would you approach this? Just sell them one copy or negotiate a bigger licence?

hook the lecturer/university up as an affiliate, give them a review copy, then they will make money as an affiliate and each student will have to buy their own copy.

I saw your website...
You should negotiate..
Ask them what's their student database that would be going through the program...
(Since ITS A UNIVERSITY ...SO THE NUMBERS WILL BE BIG)

Offer them a bulk Discount

50% off for 1000-2000 licenses

75% Off for 2000-5000...

Something in those lines...

Make sure each student joins your mailing list (Make it Customary part of your Negotiation)

Since you'll be dealing with them directly you can afford bulk discounts...

It's the same amount you would otherwise have paid your affiliates...

So its a Win Win

i think even if you hook him as an affiliate he will buy from you once and he send copies to his students. There will be no authentication for that. Try asking him whether he will work for commission any how you will get for one copy first at least. Do not forget to mention that it cannot be copied
